The Role

  • Level 3: £16.30 per hour
  • Level 2: £15.30 per hour
  • Unqualified: £14.80 per hour
  • 4 days per week
  • 10-hour days
  • Permanent, all year round

You’ll help children learn, develop, and thrive through child-led, Montessori-informed practice. You’ll build strong relationships with children and families and work alongside an experienced, supportive team.

Who We’re Looking For

We welcome applications from:

  • Qualified Level 2 or Level 3 Early Years practitioners
  • Candidates currently studying towards an Early Years qualification
  • People with experience working with young children who are looking to develop their career in early years
  • Passionate, caring individuals who are ready to learn and grow
