Join our outstanding Early Years Team.

St Thomas' Day Nursery is seeking a caring, enthusiastic, and motivated Band 3 Nursery Nurse to join our dedicated team in providing exceptional childcare and early years education for children aged 0-5 years.

This is an exciting opportunity for an individual who is passionate about supporting young children's development and well-being within a safe, stimulating, and inclusive environment. As a valued member of our nursery team, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality care and learning experiences, helping children thrive and reach their full potential.

  • Provide high-quality care and supervision for children aged 0-5 years.
  • Support children's learning and development in line with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS).
  • Plan and deliver engaging, age-appropriate activities that encourage learning through play.
  • Observe, monitor, and record children's progress and developmental milestones.
  • Foster positive relationships with children, parents, carers, and colleagues.
  • Maintain a safe, clean, and welcoming nursery environment.
  • Promote children's health, well-being, independence, and confidence.
  • Adhere to safeguarding, health and safety, and infection prevention procedures at all times.
  • Work collaboratively as part of a supportive and professional nursery team.
