Winner Education is working with one of Europe’s largest nursery groups, who are looking for a dedicated Nursery Practitioner to join their welcoming and high-quality setting around Willesden.

Nursery Practitioner – Willesden
Are you a passionate Nursery Practitioner looking for your next permanent opportunity in around the Willesden area? This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Early Years professional to join a nursery that puts children at the heart of everything they do. You’ll be part of a supportive team, helping children learn, develop and build confidence in a safe, stimulating and nurturing environment.

Responsibilities
Nursery Practitioner Duties:
- Provide a high standard of care, learning and development for all children
- Follow the EYFS framework and support children’s individual development
- Create a safe, caring and stimulating environment
- Build positive relationships with children, parents, colleagues and other professionals
- Observe, assess and review children’s development
- Take responsibility for your key children and maintain accurate records
- Provide an engaging indoor and outdoor learning environment
- Support children through practical, creative and educational activities
- Work closely with the Room Leader and wider nursery team
- Promote the safety, welfare and wellbeing of every child

Qualifications
Full and relevant Level 2 or Level 3 childcare qualification (or above)
Required Skills
Nursery Practitioner Requirements:
- At least 12 months’ experience working within an Early Years setting
- Strong understanding of safeguarding and child protection
- Ability to build strong, nurturing relationships with children and parents
- Genuine passion for childcare and child development
- A child-centred approach and positive attitude
