Nursery Practitioner (Level 2/3): Plymouth
Are you a dedicated and qualified early years educator seeking a professional opportunity in Plymouth? We are currently seeking a committed Level 2 or Level 3 Nursery Practitioner to join a supportive childcare team. This role represents an excellent opportunity for an experienced professional to contribute their expertise to a nurturing environment focused on high-quality early development.
Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional care and early education aligned with the EYFS framework.
- Design and implement engaging, creative activities that support individual developmental milestones.
- Serve as a Key Person, meticulously monitoring child progress and maintaining accurate developmental records.
- Establish and maintain professional, collaborative relationships with parents, carers, and the broader team.
- Uphold safe, inclusive, and stimulating indoor and outdoor learning environments.

Qualifications
- Must possess a full and relevant Level 2 or Level 3 Childcare/Early Years qualification (NVQ, CACHE, or equivalent).
- Demonstrable experience working within an early years setting.
- Comprehensive knowledge of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) and mandatory safeguarding procedures.
- Strong communication skills, professional reliability, and a genuine commitment to early childhood excellence.

What we offer
- Full-time position: 8:00 AM - 6:00 PM.
- Salary: GBP 14-GBP 16 per hour depending on experience.
