Pay: GBP 14.25:GBP 16.65 per hour
Hours: Flexible shifts based around your availability
Are you a qualified Nursery Practitioner looking for a flexible role within a warm and supportive early years environment? We are looking for passionate Level 2 and Level 3 Nursery Practitioners to join a fantastic nursery setting in Islington, providing high-quality care and support for children aged 0-4 years.
This is a great opportunity for an experienced Nursery Practitioner who values flexibility and wants to choose when they work, while still being part of a caring and professional childcare team.
The Role
As a Nursery Practitioner, You Will
- Provide high-quality care and support for children aged 0-4 years
- Encourage children's development through engaging play and learning activities
- Support children's individual needs, interests, and developmental milestones
- Create a safe, stimulating, and inclusive nursery environment
- Assist with daily routines, including feeding, personal care, and sleep routines where required
- Work collaboratively with the nursery team to deliver excellent early years practice

About You
The ideal Nursery Practitioner will have:
- A recognised CACHE Level 2 or Level 3 Childcare qualification (essential)
- Previous experience working within an early years or nursery environment
- A caring, patient, and enthusiastic approach
- Strong communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships
- A genuine passion for supporting young children's growth and development
