Location: Hendon, NW4

Salary: £22,000 – £30,000 per annum (Depending on experience/qualification. Salaries negotiable for highly experienced candidates).
Hours: 40 hours per week (Shifts between 08:00 and 18:00, Monday to Friday)
Contract: Permanent

Marylebone Services is delighted to recruit on behalf of a wonderful, independent, family-run nursery in Hendon (NW4). We are seeking a passionate Nursery Practitioner or Assistant to join a dedicated team in a vibrant Pre-School room.
Whether you are fully qualified (Level 2/3) or an experienced unqualified worker looking to gain formal credentials, we want to hear from you! Over the past 15 years, 95% of their staff have successfully gained qualifications through their fully funded programs.

As a Nursery Practitioner, you will help create a calm, positive, and nurturing environment where children feel secure and inspired to learn through play.
Key Responsibilities
- Create a welcoming, organised, and engaging space for children.
- Use your knowledge of the EYFS to support learning through daily routines.
- Monitor children's progress and share updates with parents.
- Support daily routines while encouraging child independence.
Requirements
- 1 year+ of practical experience working within a UK nursery setting.
- Good familiarity with the EYFS framework.
- Kind, nurturing, reliable, and a great team player.
- Right to work in the UK.
