Our Hove Village New Church Road and Hove Library setting are looking for experienced Qualified Early Years Educators to join their thriving teams!
£1000 joining bonus for Qualified Full Time (pro-rata for part time) - payable after 6 months' employment
Hove Village

Qualifications:
- Minimum Level 2 Early Years Educator qualification (or other full and relevant Early Years qualification)
- Patience, empathy, and a genuine love for working with children
- Previous experience working in a nursery or childcare setting
- Knowledge of relevant regulations and legislation governing childcare (e.g., Safeguarding)
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team

Duties:
- Provide high-quality care and education to children aged 0-5
- Create a safe and nurturing environment for children to learn and grow
- Observe and assess children's development, identifying any areas of concern
- Collaborate with parents and other staff members to support children's individual needs
- Maintain accurate records of children's progress and development
- Ensure the nursery is clean, organized, and well-maintained at all times
- Follow health and safety guidelines to ensure the well-being of all children
