About Montessori By Busy Bees Enfield
Rated Good by Ofsted, our nursery welcomes up to 68 children and provides a calm, happy and caring environment where children can learn at their own pace.
Our Montessori approach focuses on the whole child, supporting their development and helping them build the confidence, independence and skills they need for their next steps.

What will you be doing?
As an Early Years Educator, you’ll play an important role in creating positive experiences that support every area of a child’s development.
You’ll
- Build warm, trusting relationships with children and their families
- Plan and deliver engaging learning experiences
- Follow children's interests and encourage their natural curiosity
- Support children's social, emotional and physical development
- Create an environment where children can explore, make choices and develop independence
- Work closely with colleagues to provide consistent, high-quality care
- Help children develop the confidence and skills they need as they prepare for school
Most importantly, you’ll be someone who celebrates children's achievements, encourages them to have a go and understands that sometimes the smallest moments can be the biggest milestones.

What To Expect As a Nursery Practitioner
- Create a Safe, Stimulating Environment: Prepare materials and arrange rooms to encourage children's growth and learning.
- Lead Educational Activities: Plan and deliver activities that support children's physical, emotional, intellectual, and social development, aligned with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS).
- Key Person Role: Oversee children’s development, care needs, and build strong family connections.
What We’re Looking For
- Level 3 (or above) qualification in Early Years Education.
- Proven experience in working with children under 5 and a genuine interest in early childhood education
- Skills: Good communication capable or, excellent organisational skills, and the ability to apply knowledge of child development to plan and deliver activities.
