Salary
- Salary Level 3: £28,072 to £33,020 per annum (dependent on qualifications and experience)
- Salary Level 2: £27,009 to £27,823 per annum (dependent on qualifications and experience)

The Role
You will:
- Plan, create, implement, and evaluate fun, engaging activities tailored to individual children’s developmental needs
- Encourage learning through play and lifelong pursuits in reading, maths, and creativity
- Maintain a safe environment fostering self-expression and cognitive development
- Work closely with colleagues and families to nurture trust and strong partnerships
Requirements
-Holds a full and relevant Level 2 or above qualification in Early Years
- Passionate about inclusive, creative learning environments
- Strong understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS)
- Clear knowledge of safeguarding, child protection practices, and safer-working rules
- Commitment to trust-building, teamwork, and parental collaboration
