Nursery Practitioner, Hykeham, Lincoln, LN6
Reactive Recruitment are working with a highly regarded and reputable nursery and pre-school group with over 50 sites across the England. Due to growth, our client seek a number of Level 2 or 3 Nursery Practitioners to work in their expanding Hykeham site in Lincoln LN6.
Nursery Practitioner Package/hours
- Hourly rate up to 13.70 per hour depending on qualification and experience
- Working from their inspiring Hykeham/Lincoln site in LN6
- Full-time 40 hours+ per week (choice of 4 or 5 days)

Responsibilities
- To work as part of a team and provide a home from home environment for all children
- To keep and maintain accurate records and reports
- To model best practice in accordance with regulatory guidelines
- To support the Room Leader to ensure the highest standards of Early Years care and Education across the setting

Requirements
- Hold a full and relevant Early Years Childcare Qualification Level 2 or 3
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent organisational ability and attention to detail
- Provide outstanding customer service
- Have good time management, meeting deadlines
