- Supporting children's learning, development and wellbeing
- Creating safe, stimulating and nurturing environments
- Working collaboratively with nursery teams to deliver outstanding childcare
- Building positive relationships with children, families and colleagues
- Adapting confidently to different nursery settings
What We're Looking For
- Level 2 Childcare Qualification or above (essential)
- Minimum one year's nursery or childcare experience
- Enhanced DBS on the Update Service, or willingness to apply
- Valid 12-hour Paediatric First Aid Certificate
- A professional, reliable and positive approach
- Passion for delivering high-quality childcare
