About our Clients
Are you looking for a new challenge and are a multi-site experienced Senior Nursery Manager, our clients are looking for an experienced professional who is passionate about Quality, Compliance, and Curriculum within Nursery Settings. They are offering c£55k plus travel for this role in the Leeds and surrounding areas. You must be doing a similar role as this is to cover more than 8 settings, working alongside the Area Managers and reporting to the Operations Director.

What are Clients Looking for
Essential for the Quality Nursery Manager Role
- Level 3 or above Early Years / Childcare qualification (full and relevant)
- Minimum 7 years’ experience in early years, including 3 years’ in a management or team-leading role, and at least 1 year as supporting and leading across multiple settings
- Experience leading Ofsted inspections, Compliance, Training, Audits
- Strong knowledge of EYFS, safeguarding, and health & safety practices
- Experience managing nursery teams, occupancy, and budgets
- Ability to manage own diary and workload
- Deliver high-quality care and learning while ensuring compliance with statutory requirements
- Car Driver

Ideal Quality Nursery Manager Candidate
- Passionate about early years and committed to outstanding outcomes
- Confident leader, able to support and guide staff across multiple settings
- Experienced in leading a nursery, managing operations, and driving improvements
- Experienced in Ofsted Compliance, Supporting and leading Ofsted Inspections
- Experienced in Audits and Mock Inspections
- Experienced in supporting ongoing training within the nurseries
- Proactive, flexible, and committed to maintaining high standards
- Builds strong relationships with children, families, and staff
