🌟 Baby Room Leader : Join Our Wigan Nursery Team 🌟
Are you a passionate early years professional with a love for nurturing little ones?
We're looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Baby Room Leader to join our friendly nursery in Wigan.
What You'll Do
- Lead and inspire a small team in our baby room (0:2 years)
- Create a warm, safe, and stimulating environment where children can thrive
- Plan and deliver engaging, age-appropriate activities
- Work in partnership with parents to support each child's individual needs
- Ensure all safeguarding, health and safety, and EYFS standards are consistently met
What We're Looking For
- Level 3 (or above) Early Years qualification
- Previous experience working with babies in a nursery setting
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- A caring, positive attitude and genuine passion for child development
