Nursery Room Leader
40 hours per week
4 days or 5 days per week

Long Term Teachers are seeking a Room Leader to join a Nursery in the BS3 area of Bristol.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone with a Level 3 EY/ChildCare studies to take on a leadership position. You will gain valuable experience assisting in delivering a wide range of engaging and participative childcare activities; working with children from ages 4 - 11. You’ll work alongside play assistants to ensure that children are offered varied and fun activities whilst attending the groups.
The Role
You will be expected to start as soon as possible on a 40 hour week contract.
This opportunity is for someone with experience working within a Nursery setting and ideally someone who has experience managing or leading other members of staff. You should be self-motivated, have good communication skills and be able to engage with children positively.

You will be expected to:
- Lead and supervise the baby room team to ensure high-quality care and development for children.
- Plan and implement exciting activities to enhance the baby's physical, social and emotional development.
- Create a safe and nurturing environment.
- Develop positive relationships with babies, parents, and colleagues.
- Monitor and assess each baby's progress and development.

Salary:
28000 - 29000 GBP Per annum
