Job Description

Are you a passionate Early Years professional who loves helping children learn, grow and thrive? We are looking for enthusiastic and dedicated Level 3 Nursery Room Leaders to join our friendly and nurturing nursery team.
This is a rewarding opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of children aged 1 to 11 years, creating exciting learning experiences that spark curiosity, imagination and confidence every day.
As a Room Leader, you'll play a key role in guiding a small team to deliver outstanding care and education while ensuring your room provides a safe, stimulating and welcoming environment where every child feels valued and supported.
No two days are ever the same. One moment you may be leading a woodland adventure, hunting for bears and hidden treasures, and the next you could be exploring outer space through imaginative play. You'll help create those magical "wow" moments that make children excited to learn, discover and belong.
About You
You will:
- Hold a relevant Level 3 Early Years qualification
- Be passionate about supporting children's development and wellbeing
- Demonstrate strong leadership and organisational skills
- Be able to inspire and support colleagues within your room
- Build positive and professional relationships with children, families and colleagues
- Be adaptable, creative and enthusiastic in a fast-paced environment
- Have a commitment to delivering high-quality practice and meeting Ofsted expectations
