The role
As Room Leader, you'll take ownership of your room day-to-day. You'll shape the children's experiences, guide and develop your team, and build warm, trusting relationships with families. You'll have the freedom to bring your ideas to life, with the backing of a supportive nursery management team. 🤝

Your day will include:
- ⭐ Leading your room with confidence, modeling great practice, and setting high standards
- 🛡️ Putting children's safety, wellbeing, and happiness first in everything you do
- 🎨 Planning and delivering a fun, action-packed day of activities in line with the EYFS
- 📝 Supporting and coaching your team so planning, observations, and milestones are consistently excellent
- 👨👩👧 Building positive, open relationships with parents and carers so they feel part of their child's journey
- 🍎 Creating calm, sociable, and positive mealtime experiences
- 🙌 Helping build a happy, collaborative culture where everyone feels part of the team
What you'll bring
- A full and relevant Level 3 (or above) early years qualification
- Experience working with children aged 3 months to 5 years
- A real passion for delivering high-quality care and early education
- Strong communication skills, with parents, colleagues, and children alike
- A natural team player who enjoys supporting and motivating others
- Experience leading or supervising a room or team
