We're looking for a passionate Nursery Room Leader to join our Chineham nursery. Whether you're an experienced Room Leader or a Level 3 Nursery Practitioner ready for your next challenge, we'd love to hear from you!

As a Nursery Room Leader, You'll
- Lead and motivate your team to deliver exceptional childcare.
- Plan exciting learning experiences through our Bee Curious curriculum.
- Create a safe, stimulating and inclusive environment where children thrive.
- Support and celebrate children's development and achievements.
- Build strong relationships with children, families and colleagues.
- Act as a Key Person, supporting children's individual care and development.
- Champion safeguarding and maintain high standards across your room.

Requirements
- Recognised Level 3 qualification or above in Early Years or Childcare.
- Experience working in an early years setting.
- Previous supervisory experience is an advantage, but ambitious Nursery Practitioners ready to progress are encouraged to apply.
- Strong communication, organisational and leadership skills.
- A passion for inspiring children and supporting your team's development.
