£17.38–£17.73 per hour | 4 or 5-day week | Up to 50 days’ leave
Berryfields Day Nursery | Aylesbury | HP18 1BB
Permanent | 37.5–40 hours per week
Monday–Friday | Shifts between 07:30–18:30
£36,150.40–£36,878.40 per annum (40 hours)

We’re looking for an experienced early years professional to lead our 2–3 year olds room at Berryfields Day Nursery.
You’ll be hands-on with the children while leading, supporting and inspiring your team to deliver exceptional early years experiences every day.

What You’ll Be Doing
You’ll lead the day-to-day running of your room, creating a happy, engaging environment where children can thrive.
You’ll
- Lead, motivate and support your room team.
- Plan exciting learning opportunities through play.
- Ensure outstanding safeguarding and care.
- Observe and support children’s development.
- Build strong relationships with families.
- Coach colleagues and help them grow.
- Work closely with the nursery leadership team to maintain high standards.
You’ll Need
What we’re looking for
- A DfE-approved Level 3 Early Years qualification or above.
- Recent experience working within an early years setting.
- Strong knowledge of the EYFS.
- The confidence to lead and develop others.
- A passion for creating exceptional experiences for children.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
