Employment Type: Full Time, Temporary 9 Month Contract with the possibility of extension and/or permanency

Classification: Administrative Service Officer Level 4 (PN 25942)

Salary: $86,750 - $93,416 (Plus 12.5% Super)

Location: Canberra Health Services

Section: Nursing and Midwifery Workforce Unit

Closing Date: 6th September 2026

About the Role:

Are you an organised and customer-focused professional with recruitment experience and a commitment to excellence? This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to a high-volume recruitment environment while supporting stakeholders across the organisation.

As the Recruitment Team Lead, you will:

  • Participate in a phone roster
  • Provide advice and support to internal and external stakeholders
  • Act as an escalation point for junior staff
  • Coordinate and facilitate the recruitment and onboarding of nursing and midwifery staff
  • Support the induction and training of new team members
  • Develop strong capability across key systems, including Chris21, Taleo, SharePoint, HRSD, Excel, Squiz, and Microsoft Teams
