Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate Nursing Assistant to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will assist with the daily care of residents, ensuring their comfort, safety, and overall well-being. You will play an important role in providing physical and emotional support to our residents, working alongside nurses and other healthcare professionals.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist residents with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and eating.
- Monitor and record vital signs (temperature, blood pressure, heart rate, etc.).
- Help residents move and reposition safely to prevent bedsores and promote mobility.
- Provide companionship and emotional support to residents.
- Assist with light housekeeping duties in residents' rooms, including cleaning and tidying up.
- Report changes in residents' condition to nurses and other medical staff.
- Follow infection control and safety procedures to maintain a clean and safe environment.
- Support residents in maintaining their independence and dignity while delivering care.

Qualifications
- Current Nursing Assistant certification (CNA) is required.
- Prior experience in a healthcare or long-term care setting is a plus.
- Ability to lift and move residents safely and comfortably.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Compassionate, empathetic, and patient-focused.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends.
