We’re looking for a Nursing Associate to join our Oncology & Haematology team at The Harley Street Clinic, currently rated Outstanding by the CQC. As a Nursing Associate in Oncology & Haematology, you’ll be part of a specialist team supporting patients with both solid tumour and haematological diagnoses. Working closely with Registered Nurses, Consultants and Allied Health Professionals, you’ll help deliver safe, high quality care across a broad range of services including systemic anti-cancer therapies, immunotherapy, targeted treatments, supportive cancer services and acute oncology care. This is a varied and rewarding role where you’ll gain exposure to complex clinical pathways, develop specialist knowledge and be supported through structured learning, clinical supervision and ongoing professional development opportunities.

What you’ll do
- Deliver high quality, patient centred care under the supervision and direction of Registered Nurses.
- Support patients receiving oncology and haematology treatments throughout their care journey.
- Monitor, record and escalate patient observations and changes in condition.
- Assist with personal care and activities of daily living while maintaining dignity, privacy and respect.
- Work collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team to ensure safe and effective care delivery.
What you’ll bring
- Registered Nursing Associate with active NMC registration.
- Previous experience working within an acute healthcare setting, ideally with cancer patients.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
- Commitment to delivering compassionate, patient focused care and ongoing professional development.
