Exciting Opportunity: Assistant Practitioner in Cissbury Integrated Care Community Nursing Team

We have an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual interested in working within Cissbury Integrated Care Community Nursing team, as an Assistant Practitioner with the Foundation Degree, or Qualified Nursing Associate, where they can utilize their experience, skills, and talents.

Role Details

The team is operational 7 days a week, including weekends and bank holidays, 08:00 - 18:00, so a flexible approach is essential.

Eligibility Note

Due to recent changes in UK immigration and visa rules, this role may not be eligible for Skilled Worker visa sponsorship. Applicants who do not currently have the right to work in the UK may not be considered. Candidates requiring sponsorship should review the eligibility criteria on the gov.uk website before applying to assess their eligibility for a Certificate of Sponsorship for this role.

Role Responsibilities

The post holder will work independently with the guidance and direction of the Registered Nurses, to support and deliver a range of clinical activities in line with patients' individual care and treatment plans. The role will include participating in audit, and supporting Healthcare Assistants and student nurses on placements within the team.

Qualifications and Skills Required

  • Excellent clinical, communication, and team-working skills.
  • Full UK driving license and the use of a car for work purposes is essential.
  • Experience of working in the community would be an advantage.
