Location: Ty Gwyn, Penarth
Hours: 37 hours per week
Salary: £70,980 per annum/pro rata

What you’ll bring:
- Current NMC PIN
- 2–3 years’ senior care/home management experience
- Strong clinical & leadership skills
- Experience with dementia & complex care
- A passion for outstanding, person-centred care
- Confidence managing people, performance & budgets
