The role

We're seeking an experienced Early Years professional to join us as a Nurture Partner. Rather than working within a single age room, you'll hold a dedicated caseload of up to 8–10 families, following the children in your care as they grow — building deep, continuous relationships rather than handing children on at each transition. This is relationship-centred practice in its truest sense: you get to know each child and family properly, and stay alongside them. You'll work within a nature-based, outdoor environment where children learn through play, exploration, and authentic relationship, and you'll be part of a team grounded in evidence-based practice drawn from neuroscience and social pedagogy. This is a role for someone who wants real professional depth — not a rota of rooms, but a caseload of families they truly know.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
