About The Job

Danoners are steering us to a more sustainable future, helping to make the world healthier. As a certified B-Corp, we have our Danone Impact Journey to 2026. This will only be possible with each and every one of our leaders.

Nutricia UK is the highly successful arm of Danone's Medical Division, and a leader in the market, working to make medical nutrition an integral part of healthcare. Nutricia is the dietetic voice in the business - we use clinical and nutritional knowledge for our ultimate goal of improving outcomes for patients.

Role Purpose

The Territory Account Manager role is a key part of the Adult Sales team, supporting customers in both Primary and Secondary care.

  • Build the credibility and relevancy of the Adult Nutricia portfolio across the full health economy (hospital and community), driving both commercial opportunity and patient value.
  • Drive and implement guidelines and pathway strategy through close cross-functional working to provide bespoke value propositions and market share optimisation.

You’ll build and maintain fantastic relationships with the key NHS stakeholders in your territory. Your passion and innovation will help to drive advocacy and execution of the Fortisip range. This field-based role offers the chance to engage directly with healthcare professionals, advocate for our evidence-based products and influence patient outcomes.

Key Activities

  • Develop, activate, and monitor territory account plans aligned with the strategic priorities of the category.
  • Map and engage with NHS stakeholders to drive product advocacy, overcome barriers to use, and displace competitors.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to implement account plans and drive business growth in line with KPIs.
  • Monitor and leverage key insights including market data and NHS guidance to drive your local business.
  • Advocate for our portfolio through understanding guidelines, clinical arguments, and stakeholder requirements.
  • Effective management and mobilisation of KOLs and Commercial advocates through involvement in customer symposiums and educational meetings.
  • In-person engagement with customers is an integral part of this role, therefore, you will spend 4-5 days in the field per week meeting with customers.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
