Company Description

Artless Cornerstone is a specialist health, wellbeing and organisational consultancy supporting individuals, professionals, teams and organisations through high-quality specialist services.

Our work spans psychological wellbeing, neurodiversity and executive function, women’s and family wellbeing, physical health and performance, nutrition and lifestyle, allied health, professional development, safeguarding, training and organisational consultancy.

Artless Cornerstone brings together experienced independent practitioners and consultants selected for their professional expertise, depth of practice and commitment to high professional standards.

Our multidisciplinary and safeguarding-informed approach is underpinned by robust governance, clear professional boundaries and careful matching of clients with appropriate practitioners.

We believe that effective support should consider the whole person. Our approach is grounded in cultural humility, curiosity and care that considers context, recognising that identity, culture, family, finances, routines and lived experience can influence health, wellbeing and people's experiences of support.

Independent Practitioner Opportunity

Nutrition & Lifestyle Practitioner

Artless Cornerstone is inviting an experienced Nutrition & Lifestyle Practitioner to join our Independent Practitioner Framework.

This is an independent practitioner opportunity rather than an employed, salaried or guaranteed-hours position.

The practitioner will provide personalised, evidence-informed nutrition and lifestyle support to AC clients, helping people develop realistic and sustainable approaches to nutrition, everyday wellbeing, routines and lifestyle change.

Depending on the practitioner's approved scope and availability, services may be delivered face-to-face in London and/or remotely across the UK.

Services may include

  • Nutrition Consultation
  • Nutrition & Lifestyle Follow-Up
  • Structured Nutrition & Lifestyle Programmes
  • Personalised nutrition and everyday wellbeing guidance
  • Sustainable routines, habits and lifestyle change
  • Goal setting, review and progression over time
  • Nutrition education and practical recommendations
  • Appropriate onward referral where a client's needs fall outside the practitioner's professional scope

Practitioners will only be authorised to provide services that are appropriate to their individual qualifications, experience, competence and professional scope of practice.

Role Description

Day-to-day professional activity may include conducting comprehensive nutrition and lifestyle assessments; identifying clients' goals, routines and relevant contextual factors; providing individualised nutrition and lifestyle guidance; and developing practical, evidence-informed recommendations to support sustainable change.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Only hits

No noise. No "maybe this fits." Just roles with a clear explanation of why they're right — and where to focus when applying.

The practitioner will review progress over time, adapt recommendations where appropriate and maintain accurate and confidential client records using AC's approved systems.

The practitioner will work within clear professional boundaries and recognise when a client's needs require onward referral or input from another healthcare professional.

As part of AC's multidisciplinary network, there may also be opportunities to contribute to appropriate wellbeing programmes, workshops or organisational initiatives where these fall within the practitioner's professional competence and have been agreed with AC.

Practice must remain consistent with AC's safeguarding, information-governance, professional and quality standards.

Qualifications & Experience

We would particularly welcome applications from appropriately qualified nutritionists, dietitians and other suitably qualified nutrition professionals whose professional scope aligns with the services provided by AC.

Applicants should demonstrate:

  • A recognised degree or equivalent professional qualification in nutrition, dietetics or a closely related discipline.
  • Appropriate professional registration, accreditation or membership where applicable to the practitioner's discipline.
  • Demonstrable experience providing personalised nutrition and lifestyle support.
  • Ability to interpret and apply current evidence appropriately within professional practice.
  • Experience conducting nutrition and lifestyle assessments and developing individualised recommendations.
  • Ability to support sustainable habits and lifestyle change rather than relying on generic or prescriptive advice.
  • Strong nutrition-education skills and an ability to communicate information clearly and accessibly.
  • Understanding of professional scope and confidence recognising when onward referral or additional healthcare input is required.
  • Understanding of safeguarding, professional boundaries and confidentiality.
  • Strong organisational and record-keeping skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a respectful, non-judgmental and person-centred approach.
  • Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary professional network.
  • Appropriate professional indemnity insurance.
  • Commitment to ongoing CPD, reflective practice and high ethical and professional standards.
  • Commitment to culturally responsive practice and cultural humility.
  • Experience working alongside mental health, psychological wellbeing, neurodiversity, family wellbeing or other multidisciplinary services would be particularly valuable.
