Overview
Under moderate supervision, perform a variety of tasks in the kitchen, cafeteria and patient care areas.
Responsibilities
- Cold food preparation.
- Assist in executing catering functions.
- Stocking of supplies.
- Documentation of temperatures.
- Operating a cash register.
- Working the grill/fryer station.
- Assembly and transporting of patient trays and carts.
- Working in the dish-room.
- Trash removal.
- Receiving and storage of supplies.
- Weekly / daily cleaning tasks.

Qualifications
Preference given to those who have had experience with some aspects of the job to include assignments &/or food service equipment. On the job training provided. Ability to follow oral and written instructions and established procedures. Must have Excellent Customer Service Skills.
