Marketing Manager (18 Month FTC)

Salary: Up to £55,000

Location: Central Essex

A well-regarded housebuilder is looking for a creative, collaborative, and passionate Marketing Manager to join their team on an 18-month fixed term contract. Reporting to the Sales & Marketing Director, you will play a central role in shaping marketing activity across a portfolio of live and upcoming developments — from campaign strategy and agency partnerships through to development launches and site presentation. This is a role where your ideas will be heard, your contribution will be visible, and you will have real opportunity to make your mark.

Key Duties

  • Plan and deliver end-to-end marketing strategies for each development, spanning digital campaigns, portal listings, PPC, SEO, press and outdoor media — with regular analytics reviews to continually improve performance
  • Build strong, collaborative relationships with external creative, digital, PR, and signage agencies, ensuring all assets reflect brand values and are delivered on time
  • Lead the marketing elements of each development launch, including show home and marketing suite setup, broadband, IT, and phone arrangements
  • Maintain high presentation standards across show homes, signage, flags, marketing suites, and estate agent materials
  • Manage the company website and social media channels across private and partnership developments, creating content that is accurate, engaging, and connects with the local community
  • Develop and deliver pre-launch communications and PR strategies to grow the database and build excitement ahead of each new development
  • Monitor visitor and enquiry data to inform marketing spend and manage budgets thoughtfully in line with agreed targets
  • Promote relationships through PR activity, social content, and web assets; contribute to land appraisals and local market research as needed

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
