At Winbro, we are at the heart of the green hydrogen revolution enabling production of next generation fuel cells with our ultra fast laser drilling and welding technologies. Our technology is capable of producing highly complex micro parts to micron level accuracies, creating a revolution in personalised drug delivery and medical care. Our equipment can produce highly complex semiconductor parts, enabling next level efficiencies in electronics manufacturing.

We are looking for an experienced and fully qualified NX Design Engineer to join our engineering team on a short-term contract for a specific design project. The successful candidate will be an accomplished mechanical designer with strong practical engineering knowledge and extensive experience using Siemens NX. They will be expected to quickly understand the requirements of the project, work independently and produce high-quality 3D models, assemblies and engineering drawings to meet agreed project timescales. Experience working within Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365) is also required, as the successful candidate will need to work within our existing engineering and business processes, including the creation and management of engineering data.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
