England Netball Performance Pathway
The ambition of the England Netball Performance Pathway is to develop athletes capable of thriving on the international stage and to create a sustainable pipeline of world-class talent for the Vitality Roses. The NXT Roses and Roses Academy programmes play a pivotal role in this ambition by bridging the gap between domestic performance and senior international netball, preparing athletes for the demands of the Roses environment.
The following roles offer exciting opportunities to contribute to the development of future Vitality Roses athletes at key stages of the performance pathway. These roles provide the specialist coaching expertise needed to nurture, challenge and prepare athletes for progression through the pathway.
NXT Roses Assistant Coach
The purpose of the NXT Roses programme is to prepare and develop England's highest-potential U23 athletes for the demands of senior international netball.
The NXT Roses Assistant Coach will play a key role in accelerating athlete progression through the England pathway. Working closely with the Roses Pathway Head Coach, they will contribute to programme delivery, athlete selection, individual development and competition preparation, creating challenging learning environments that support athletes to maximise their potential and progress towards Roses A and Vitality Roses representation.

NXT Roses Technical Coach
The purpose of the NXT Roses programme is to prepare and develop England's high-potential U23 athletes for the demands of senior international netball.
The NXT Roses Technical Coach will provide specialist technical and tactical expertise that supports the development of future international athletes. Through targeted positional coaching, technical refinement and specialist input, the role will strengthen athlete capability, increase positional depth and contribute to the long-term success of the England pathway.

Roses Academy Technical Coach
England Netball is seeking a Roses Academy Technical Coach who will work as part of the interdisciplinary team to support the technical and tactical development of athletes, while also developing their own coaching practice within the England Netball performance pathway. Through specialist positional coaching, collaborative planning, reflection and ongoing learning, the role provides an opportunity for coaches to build their expertise in a high-performance environment, contributing to both athlete progression and the long-term success of the England pathway.

Location
These roles will be based at Loughborough University, Leicestershire, England, where the majority of training camps will be held. Competition series and tournaments will be held elsewhere across England, and overseas dependent on the role.
Salary
- NXT Roses Assistant Coach: £150 per day (inclusive of holiday pay)
- NXT Roses Technical Coach & Roses Academy Technical Coach: £125 per day (inclusive of holiday pay)
