Job Description
Overview
The OAC Reporting Analyst will play a critical role within the ITS OneERP Reporting Workstream, supporting the design, development, and delivery of analytics on Oracle Analytics Cloud (OAC). This role focuses on building enterprise-grade reporting solutions aligned to the evolving ADW → OAC architecture path, enabling operational and finance teams across global regions to adopt standardized, secure, and scalable reporting.
The analyst will collaborate closely with Finance CoE, partners, IT Security, and regional business stakeholders to ensure OAC reporting is ready for pilot deployment and subsequent regional rollouts.
The Oracle Analytics Cloud (OAC) Engineer is responsible for the design, development, administration, integration, and support of Oracle Analytics Cloud solutions. The role ensures the delivery of secure, scalable, and high-performing analytics platforms that enable business users to access trusted reporting, dashboards, and insights across Finance and enterprise functions.
The position combines technical engineering, analytics development, platform administration, and operational support responsibilities, working closely with Finance Systems, ERP Support, Architecture, Data Engineering, and business stakeholders.
Your role
Key Responsibilities
- Administer and maintain Oracle Analytics Cloud environments.
- Manage platform configuration, upgrades, patching, and service releases.
- Monitor platform health, availability, capacity, and performance.
- Implement security, authentication, and access control models.
- Manage environment provisioning and configuration across Development, Test, UAT, and Production.
- Support the Finance COE to design and develop dashboards, analyses, scorecards, and visualisations within OAC.
- Build and maintain semantic models, subject areas, and data models.
- Develop and enhance BI Publisher reports and pixel-perfect reporting solutions.
- Support self-service analytics initiatives and reporting frameworks.
- Collaborate with wider ITS teams to integrate OAC with Oracle Fusion ERP, Oracle E-Business Suite, Data Warehouses.
- Develop and maintain data pipelines and data extracts supporting analytics requirements.
- Support Oracle Autonomous Data Warehouse (ADW) and related data platforms.
- Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks affecting dashboards, reports, and data models.
- Monitor query performance and optimise data loads and report execution.
- Ensure analytics solutions meet availability, resilience, and performance objectives.
- Support incident resolution and root-cause analysis activities.
- Ensure compliance with organisational security policies, ITGC, audit, and regulatory requirements.
- Maintain platform documentation, standards, and technical procedures.
- Evaluate new OAC capabilities and Oracle analytics technologies.
- Implement automation and standardisation opportunities.
- Contribute to analytics roadmaps and architecture planning.

About you
Essential
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in data Analytics, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in Reporting, Business Intelligence, or Data Analytics roles
- Strong hands-on experience with Oracle Analytics Cloud (OAC) - including RPD modeling, Data Visualization (DV), and Classic Analytics Oracle Autonomous Data Warehouse (ADW) experience.
- Proficiency with SQL, data modeling, and Oracle databases (ADW/ATP)
- Experience connecting OAC to Oracle E-Business Suite r12 or Oracle Fusion Applications
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for engaging business users and cross functional teams at all organizational levels
- Fluent in English; French proficiency is a plus
Nice to have
- Experience with Oracle OTBI, BIP, ECC, Blitz, or legacy operational reporting tools
- Exposure to multi-region ERP deployments, or phased ERP data strategy initiatives
- Understanding of Zscaler-based secure connectivity, identity federation, and OCI tenancy structures
- Experience with Oracle Data Integrator (ODI), OCI, or ETL tools
- Oracle certifications in Analytics, Cloud Infrastructure, or Data
- Experience working within ServiceNow and Azure DevOps plus a strong understanding of ITSM and ITIL practices, including Incident, Problem, Change, and Service Request Management
