We are seeking a proactive and dedicated Occupational Health Advisor to join our dynamic team. In this vital role, you will lead initiatives to promote employee well-being, manage health assessments, and develop tailored care plans that support a healthy and productive workforce. Duties
- Conduct comprehensive occupational health assessments to evaluate employee fitness for work and identify potential health risks
- Develop, implement, and review personalized care plans to support employees with health concerns or disabilities
- Provide expert advice on workplace health policies, including injury prevention and wellness programs
- Lead health promotion initiatives aimed at improving overall staff well-being and reducing absenteeism
- Collaborate with management to facilitate reasonable adjustments and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Maintain accurate records of health assessments, care plans, and follow-up actions in accordance with data protection standards
- Communicate effectively with employees, management, and external healthcare providers to coordinate care and support
