Are you a qualified, compassionate healthcare professional with strong clinical judgement and a passion for wellbeing? We are seeking an Occupational Health Nurse / Senior Nurse to join our Occupational Health team at Nottinghamshire Police.
🚀 What you'll do
- Deliver occupational health services including case management, health assessments and wellbeing support
- Provide advice on workplace adjustments, rehabilitation and return to work plans
- Carry out pre-placement assessments and health surveillance testing
- Promote health and wellbeing through proactive programmes and initiatives
- Provide expert occupational health advice to staff, managers and stakeholders
- Support the management of occupational health risks alongside Health & Safety teams
- Maintain clinical standards, records and compliance with legislation
- (Senior level) provide specialist advice, support complex case management and deputise for the Head of Occupational Health

💡 What We’re Looking For
- Registered Nurse (NMC) with relevant clinical experience
- Experience in occupational health or a related clinical/public sector setting
- Strong decision-making skills and ability to manage clinical casework independently
- Experience delivering health promotion or surveillance programmes
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- Ability to prioritise workload and work effectively under pressure
- IT literacy and experience using clinical or case management systems
- (Senior level) experience managing complex cases and providing specialist advice
