Are you a qualified, compassionate healthcare professional with strong clinical judgement and a passion for wellbeing? We are seeking an Occupational Health Nurse / Senior Nurse to join our Occupational Health team at Nottinghamshire Police.

๐Ÿš€ What you'll do

  • Deliver occupational health services including case management, health assessments and wellbeing support
  • Provide advice on workplace adjustments, rehabilitation and return to work plans
  • Carry out pre-placement assessments and health surveillance testing
  • Promote health and wellbeing through proactive programmes and initiatives
  • Provide expert occupational health advice to staff, managers and stakeholders
  • Support the management of occupational health risks alongside Health & Safety teams
  • Maintain clinical standards, records and compliance with legislation
  • (Senior level) provide specialist advice, support complex case management and deputise for the Head of Occupational Health

๐Ÿ’ก What Weโ€™re Looking For

  • Registered Nurse (NMC) with relevant clinical experience
  • Experience in occupational health or a related clinical/public sector setting
  • Strong decision-making skills and ability to manage clinical casework independently
  • Experience delivering health promotion or surveillance programmes
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
  • Ability to prioritise workload and work effectively under pressure
  • IT literacy and experience using clinical or case management systems
  • (Senior level) experience managing complex cases and providing specialist advice
