Role Description
The Occupational Health Nurse Advisor will provide clinical advice and support to client organizations to help maintain and improve employee health and wellbeing. Day-to-day responsibilities include:

- Advising on fitness for work
- Supporting absence management
- Vaccine administration
- Pre-placement assessments
- Delivering evidence-based recommendations
- Liaising with HR and management teams
- Documenting assessments and reports clearly and accurately in line with the NMC
- Contributing to health promotion activities
- Supporting return-to-work plans
- Participating in service development initiatives

This is a full-time, on-site role based in London.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Occupational Health with demonstrable experience in clinical practice
- Skills in Training, including delivering health education, wellbeing initiatives, and advisory sessions to managers and employees
- An NMC registered Nurse with a recognised qualification in Occupational Health or equivalent experience
- Strong assessment, report-writing, and communication skills, with the ability to provide clear, evidence-based advice to diverse stakeholders
- Ability to work independently, manage a varied caseload, maintain confidentiality, and build effective working relationships in multidisciplinary settings
- Experience within corporate, public sector, or healthcare occupational health environments is beneficial
