Role Description

The Occupational Health Nurse Advisor will provide clinical advice and support to client organizations to help maintain and improve employee health and wellbeing. Day-to-day responsibilities include:

This is a full-time, on-site role based in London.

Qualifications

  • Strong skills in Occupational Health with demonstrable experience in clinical practice
  • Skills in Training, including delivering health education, wellbeing initiatives, and advisory sessions to managers and employees
  • An NMC registered Nurse with a recognised qualification in Occupational Health or equivalent experience
  • Strong assessment, report-writing, and communication skills, with the ability to provide clear, evidence-based advice to diverse stakeholders
  • Ability to work independently, manage a varied caseload, maintain confidentiality, and build effective working relationships in multidisciplinary settings
  • Experience within corporate, public sector, or healthcare occupational health environments is beneficial
