About The Role

As a Paramedic within our Occupational Health team, you'll play a vital role in supporting the health, safety and wellbeing of colleagues working across our manufacturing operations. Working night shifts, you'll provide autonomous clinical care, assessing and treating employees presenting with minor injuries and acute illnesses, while acting as a first responder for workplace emergencies.


What does the role involve day to day?

  • You'll work closely with the wider Occupational Health team to ensure employees receive safe, effective and evidence-based care, maintaining accurate clinical records and signposting individuals to appropriate services where required.
  • You will also use your advanced communication skills to deliver health education and training, support workplace health initiatives, participate in audits, and contribute to the continuous improvement of Occupational Health services across the business.

This is a full-time position working 44 hours per week, Monday to Thursday, 20:00 to 08:00.


This would be suited to you if...

  • You are a registered Paramedic who enjoys working independently while remaining part of a collaborative healthcare team.
  • You'll be confident making clinical decisions, managing a varied caseload and responding calmly and effectively to emergency situations.

You'll have:

  • Active HCPC registration
  • A Paramedic qualification
  • At least 3 years' experience working as a Paramedic
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • A commitment to delivering high-quality, evidence-based care
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
  • The ability to work autonomously and within professional boundaries

Please note that this role is subject to a Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check at enhanced level.
