Role Description
This is a part-time, remote role for an Occupational Health Physician. The Occupational Health Physician will provide expert medical guidance on workplace health risks, preventive strategies, and evidence-based interventions for client organizations. Responsibilities include:

- Reviewing and interpreting occupational health data
- Advising on policies and procedures to support employee well-being
- Contributing to research or consulting projects related to workplace safety and health outcomes

The role involves:
- Collaborating with internal analysts and external healthcare professionals
- Participating in virtual meetings
- Preparing concise reports or recommendations for clients
The physician may also support training initiatives by offering clinical insights into occupational health best practices.
Qualifications
- Strong expertise in Occupational Health and Occupational Medicine, with the ability to apply clinical knowledge to workplace health and safety contexts
- Broad medical foundation in Medicine, including the ability to interpret clinical data and provide evidence-based recommendations
- Experience in Training, especially in delivering educational sessions or guidance on occupational health practices to non-clinical audiences
- Demonstrated ability in Working with Physicians and multidisciplinary teams, fostering collaboration across clinical and non-clinical stakeholders
- Medical degree (MD or equivalent) with relevant specialization or certification in occupational health or occupational medicine
- Current professional licensure in good standing and eligibility to practice in relevant jurisdictions
- Strong analytical, written, and verbal communication skills, including the ability to produce clear, concise reports and presentations
- Comfort with remote work, digital collaboration tools, and participating in virtual meetings across time zones
- Prior experience in corporate health, employee wellness programs, healthcare consulting, or market research is advantageous
