As part of the role, you’ll deliver a range of health screening and monitoring activities at client sites, helping organisations protect employee wellbeing and maintain compliance with current legislation and best practice.
What your day will look like:
- Conduct audiometry, spirometry, vision screening, skin assessments, and HAVS questionnaires.
- Carry out drug and alcohol testing
- Deliver fitness-for-work medicals where appropriately trained.
- Prepare, calibrate, and maintain clinical testing equipment.
- Set up temporary testing facilities at client sites in a professional and efficient manner.
- Accurately complete medical questionnaires, records, and documentation.
- Upload and manage data within internal systems and produce reports when required.
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive health information in line with GDPR.
- Liaise professionally with clients, employees, and site contacts.
- Support Occupational Health Advisors, Occupational Hygienists, and management teams.
- Ensure compliance with company procedures, health & safety legislation, and clinical standards.
- Maintain stock levels and ensure equipment is clean, well-maintained, and fit for purpose.

Skills and experience:
- A confident communicator with excellent interpersonal skills.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to high clinical standards.
- Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and adapt to different environments.
- A professional, customer-focused approach.
- Full UK driving licence (role involves regular travel to client sites).
