Start a New Career in Occupational Health

No Experience Required | Full Training Provided

We are seeking a friendly, professional and enthusiastic individual to join our team as an Occupational Health Technician. No previous occupational health experience is required, as comprehensive training will be provided.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking for a fresh challenge, a career change, or their first step into the healthcare, wellbeing or occupational health sector. The role may particularly appeal to candidates with a background or interest in science, biomed, sports science, health and fitness, wellbeing, customer service or care-related environments, although this is not essential.

You'll spend your time travelling to client sites, carrying out workplace health screening activities, drug and alcohol testing, and supporting the day-to-day administration required to deliver a high-quality service.

About the Role

As an Occupational Health Technician, you'll work directly with employees across a variety of industries, helping businesses promote healthier and safer working environments.

No two days are the same. One day you may be conducting health surveillance on-site, while the next you could be travelling to a different location, completing workplace drug and alcohol testing, or supporting the administration and coordination of client appointments.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
