We're building something special: a market-leading Occupational Hygiene team that collaborates closely with Occupational Health to deliver a connected, forward-thinking service that sets new standards across the industry.
Driven by sustained growth, new client wins, and strategic acquisitions, we're expanding our Occupational Hygiene team and are looking for an experienced Occupational Hygienist to join us. This is more than just a role; it's an opportunity to help shape a growing function within a people-focused organisation that champions innovation, development, and career progression.
Key Responsibilities
Responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
- Conducting occupational hygiene assessments across a diverse client portfolio
- Delivering exposure monitoring programmes for noise, vibration, dust, chemicals and other workplace hazards
- Providing trusted technical advice and practical solutions to clients
- Ensuring compliance with occupational hygiene legislation, standards and best practice
- Supporting the mentoring and development of junior team members
- Producing high-quality technical reports and recommendations
- Contributing to the ongoing growth, innovation and development of the Occupational Hygiene function

Key Requirements
- LFOH (Licentiate of the Faculty of Occupational Hygiene) status, or working towards achieving this qualification
- Degree qualified: Occupational Health, Environmental Science, Industrial Hygiene, or a related field
- Demonstrable experience working as an Occupational Hygienist or in a related role, with significant exposure to conducting assessments, sampling, and risk analysis.
- Experience working with a wide range of industries, such as; manufacturing, construction, healthcare, is highly desirable
- Strong knowledge of occupational hygiene principles, including exposure assessment, air sampling techniques, noise assessments, and chemical risk evaluations.
- Familiarity with industry regulations such as the Control of Substances Hazardous to Health (COSHH), Health and Safety at Work Act, and other relevant standards.
- Full UK driving licence and flexibility to travel nationally is essential.
