As an Occupational Therapist within our Adult Social Care Occupational Therapy Service
As an Occupational Therapist within our Adult Social Care Occupational Therapy Service, you will manage a varied caseload and work alongside adults, carers, families, and partner organisations to promote independence, wellbeing, and positive outcomes. Using a person-centred, strengths-based approach, you will complete holistic assessments, provide professional advice, and develop practical and creative solutions that help people live safely and independently in their own homes and communities.

The post will initially support residents in the North-East locality, including Market Drayton, Whitchurch, and Wem. The service works flexibly across Shropshire, so you may also support other localities in response to operational need. The role combines community-based practice with hybrid working.
