Occupational Therapist | FT | Remote with occasional travel | Perm | Up to £50k DOE

We are seeking a qualified and HCPC-registered Occupational Therapist to join our Occupational Health & Wellbeing team. The role focuses on employee wellbeing, rehabilitation, ergonomics, fitness for work assessments and workplace health promotion.

Key Responsibilities
Responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
- Conduct occupational therapy assessments and develop rehabilitation programmes
- Provide functional capacity and fitness for work assessments
- Support phased return-to-work plans following illness or injury
- Undertaking workplace and ergonomic assessments across office and manufacturing environments
- Recommend reasonable workplace adjustments in line with the Equality Act 2010
- Manage a caseload of employees requiring occupational rehabilitation support
- Deliver wellbeing, musculoskeletal health and injury prevention initiatives
- Maintain confidential clinical records and comply with HCPC professional standards
Key Requirements
- BSc (Hons)/MSc Occupational Therapy
- Current HCPC Registration as an Occupational Therapist
- Strong knowledge of rehabilitation, MSK conditions and workplace health
- Exceptional communication and report-writing skills, with the ability to influence and advise stakeholders at all levels
- A compassionate, proactive and employee-focused approach
- Self-motivated, with the confidence to work independently while remaining connected to a supportive multidisciplinary team
