Make a real difference
We’re looking for an Occupational Therapist to join a specialist education setting in N. Warwickshire, supporting children and young people with a range of complex needs, including autism, ADHD, communication difficulties and social and emotional needs.

You’ll provide assessment, therapeutic intervention and clinical guidance, helping create environments where young people can feel safe, develop their skills and achieve their potential.
You’ll work closely with education and care teams, providing consultation, workshops, training and practical strategies to ensure therapeutic support is embedded throughout the children’s day.
What We’re Looking For

- Qualified Occupational Therapist registered with the HCPC
- Experience supporting children and young people with complex needs
- Skilled in delivering therapeutic interventions
- Experience providing clinical guidance and support to wider teams
- Confident communicator and trainer
- Highly organised, proactive and able to take initiative
- Passionate about achieving the best outcomes for young people
