As an Early Intervention Occupational Therapist, you'll work with infants and toddlers (birth to age 3) and their caregivers to support developmental growth through family-centered, evidence-based practices.

Schedule: Full-Time (30+ Hours) and Part-Time Available
Monday - Friday, 8 am - 4 pm


What You'll Do

  • Conduct developmental assessments and evaluations
  • Partner with families to develop and implement IFSP goals
  • Provide home, community, and group-based Early Intervention services
  • Coach and empower caregivers to support their child's development
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary team members
  • Maintain accurate documentation and compliance with EI standards
  • Participate in supervision, team meetings, and professional development

Qualifications

  • Required

    • Occupational Therapy degree and current licensure
    • Ability to meet Early Intervention Operational Standards
    • Strong communication and organizational skills
    • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
    • Ability to travel throughout assigned service areas
  • Preferred

    • Experience working with infants, toddlers, and families
    • Knowledge of family-centered and coaching-based practices
    • Home or community-based service experience
    • Bilingual or multilingual skills

Working Environment

This position is community-based and requires travel to homes and community settings. Candidates must be comfortable working in a variety of environments and utilizing technology for documentation and communication.
