Paediatric Occupational Therapist – Associate
Clinic Autism London | Central London
Weekend Sessions – Saturdays & Sundays
Clinic Autism London is seeking an experienced Paediatric Occupational Therapist to join our specialist multidisciplinary team on an associate basis.
We are a private neurodevelopmental service providing specialist assessment and therapeutic support for children and young people, with a particular focus on Autism, ADHD and associated developmental needs.
The role will involve providing both paediatric Occupational Therapy assessments and ongoing individual OT sessions within a high-quality private clinical setting.
Clinical work may include:
- Comprehensive paediatric Occupational Therapy assessments
- Individual therapeutic intervention and treatment sessions
- Sensory processing and emotional regulation support
- Fine and gross motor development
- Handwriting and functional skills
- Activities of daily living and independence
- Parent guidance and clinical feedback
- Preparation of professional assessment reports, treatment plans and recommendations
- Liaison with schools and members of the wider multidisciplinary team where clinically appropriate

Essential criteria
- HCPC registration as an Occupational Therapist
- Relevant paediatric clinical experience
- Experience supporting autistic children, children with ADHD and other neurodevelopmental presentations
- Confidence in both assessment and therapeutic intervention
- Excellent clinical communication, documentation and report-writing skills
- Enhanced DBS and appropriate professional indemnity insurance
- Right to work in the UK
- Availability to provide sessions on Saturdays and/or Sundays

Previous or current NHS paediatric experience would be highly desirable and will be considered an advantage.
This is a self-employed associate position, with referrals provided through the clinic. It would particularly suit a clinician seeking to develop their private practice within an established specialist neurodevelopmental service.
Location: Central London
Working pattern: Saturdays and/or Sundays
