This is a fantastic opportunity for an enthusiastic Band 6 or Band 7 Occupational Therapist to join a supportive, multidisciplinary team and play an important role in developing therapeutic services within this exciting new setting.

The Role

You'll be working with children and young people who have Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) needs, alongside other Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND).

Working closely with teaching staff, families, and other therapists, you'll develop and deliver individualized therapeutic programmes that help pupils overcome barriers, build independence, and achieve their potential.

Who We're Looking For

We're keen to speak with qualified Occupational Therapists who:

  • Have experience working with children and young people, or a strong interest in moving into specialist education
  • Are passionate about supporting pupils with SEMH and additional needs
  • Enjoy working collaboratively within multidisciplinary teams
  • Are enthusiastic, adaptable, and keen to develop professionally
  • Want to play an important part in shaping therapeutic provision within a new specialist school
