Are you a passionate Occupational Therapist looking for the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the lives of children and young people with SEND?

Coombe House School is seeking an enthusiastic and skilled Occupational Therapist to lead and deliver a high-quality occupational therapy service within our specialist school. This is an exciting opportunity to work as part of a supportive multidisciplinary team, helping pupils with autism, SEMH and associated needs develop the skills, independence and confidence they need to thrive.

Working within our values of Kindness, Belonging and Ambition, you will play a key role in ensuring that occupational therapy is embedded into everyday school life, supporting pupils to access learning, develop positive relationships and achieve their individual potential.

As Our School-based Occupational Therapist, You Will

  • Assess pupils' strengths, needs and barriers to participation, developing evidence-based interventions and support plans.
  • Support pupils to overcome barriers to learning, participation and independence.
  • Work collaboratively with teachers, therapists, pastoral colleagues, families and external professionals to deliver consistent support.
  • Provide consultation, training and practical strategies to staff to embed therapeutic approaches within classrooms and across the wider school environment.
  • Contribute to EHCP outcomes, annual reviews and multidisciplinary planning.
  • Advise on sensory-friendly practice, accessibility and inclusive approaches across the school.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
