Cpl UK Healthcare are currently recruiting for an experienced Band 6/7 Occupational Therapist in Birmingham on a locum basis.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced OT with a neuro rehabilitation background to join a specialist service supporting individuals with complex neurological conditions.
The Role
You will provide specialist occupational therapy assessment and intervention, helping patients maximise their independence and achieve meaningful rehabilitation goals.

Key responsibilities include:
- Manage a specialist neuro rehabilitation caseload
- Complete comprehensive functional and occupational assessments
- Develop and deliver individualised rehabilitation programmes
- Support patients with complex neurological conditions
- Assess functional ability and recommend appropriate equipment and adaptations
- Work closely with the wider multidisciplinary team
- Contribute to discharge planning and rehabilitation goals
- Complete accurate clinical documentation and reports
- Provide clinical expertise and support to other members of the therapy team

Requirements
- ✔ HCPC registered Occupational Therapist
- ✔ Significant experience within neuro rehabilitation
- ✔ Strong clinical reasoning and assessment skills
- ✔ Experience working within a multidisciplinary rehabilitation team
- ✔ Excellent communication and organisational skills
