Job Title: Lead Occupational Therapist

Location: Sheffield

Contract Type: Permanent

Salary: Competitive salary to be discussed

Hours: 30-37 hours per week

Role Overview

My client is seeking an experienced Lead Occupational Therapist to join its neurological rehabilitation service in Sheffield. This is an excellent opportunity for a senior OT with a strong background in neuro rehabilitation and leadership to take ownership of a well-established therapy team while maintaining a specialist clinical caseload.

Key Requirements

  • HCPC Registered Occupational Therapist
  • Master's degree (or equivalent specialist knowledge)
  • Significant post-registration experience
  • Minimum 5 years' specialist neurological rehabilitation experience

What We looking for

  • Someone to lead and manage the Occupational Therapy team of 10
  • Support service development, audits, governance and reporting
  • Carry a specialist neurological rehabilitation caseload
  • Lead clinical audits and quality improvement
  • Supervise and mentor Occupational Therapists
