Job Title: Lead Occupational Therapist
Location: Sheffield
Contract Type: Permanent
Salary: Competitive salary to be discussed
Hours: 30-37 hours per week
Role Overview
My client is seeking an experienced Lead Occupational Therapist to join its neurological rehabilitation service in Sheffield. This is an excellent opportunity for a senior OT with a strong background in neuro rehabilitation and leadership to take ownership of a well-established therapy team while maintaining a specialist clinical caseload.

Key Requirements
- HCPC Registered Occupational Therapist
- Master's degree (or equivalent specialist knowledge)
- Significant post-registration experience
- Minimum 5 years' specialist neurological rehabilitation experience
What We looking for
- Someone to lead and manage the Occupational Therapy team of 10
- Support service development, audits, governance and reporting
- Carry a specialist neurological rehabilitation caseload
- Lead clinical audits and quality improvement
- Supervise and mentor Occupational Therapists
