Occupational Therapist
Liquid Personnel is currently recruiting for its client for an Occupational Therapist to join a collaborative team based in Stevenage. The role involves supporting adults with learning disabilities and transition cases. You’ll work closely with residents, professionals and community networks to deliver impactful, person-centred care.
Responsibilities
- Build effective relationships with residents, professionals, and community networks.
- Conduct assessments using appropriate frameworks and develop cost-effective support plans.
- Manage your own caseload independently, prioritising tasks and delivering high-quality outcomes.
- Participate in planning and reviewing cases, contributing technical expertise and insight.
- Provide feedback to support service improvement and operational planning.

Qualifications and Experience
- Qualified, HCPC-registered Occupational Therapist
- Experience working with adults with learning disabilities and transition work
- Knowledge of the Care Act 2014 and Mental Capacity Act 2005
- Strong decision-making and teamwork skills
- Full UK driving licence and regular access to a vehicle
- Must be flexible and able to work under pressure
- References required
