Job Title: Occupational Therapist

Location: Nuneaton (CV10)

Contract Type: Part-time (1–2 days per week, 8–16 hours)

Salary: Up to £60,000 per year (pro rata)

Role Overview

We are currently seeking a compassionate and motivated Occupational Therapist to join our supportive and dynamic team at Forge Care’s flagship service in Nuneaton. This role involves delivering occupational therapy within a trauma-informed and neuro-affirming framework, supporting children and young people with neurodiversity and complex developmental trauma.

Key Requirements

  • Degree in Occupational Therapy and HCPC registration
  • Experience working with children and young people with neurodiversity and complex developmental trauma
  • Confidence in assessing sensory needs and implementing practical strategies in a residential care setting
  • Excellent communication, report-writing and time-management skills
  • Reflective practitioner who thrives in a collaborative, multi-disciplinary team
  • Passionate about promoting participation, independence and wellbeing in daily life
